ew, i couldnt imagine living in that smell. Coincidently i was readin fast food nation last night and read that there are chemical plants on the side of the jersey turnpike that manufacture smells for restaurants (i.e. that smell outside of mcdonalds isnt really from cooking fried all day long) anyway that explains the weird sweet smells you smell when drivinf by them....another piece of the puzzle!
