Thursday- went to a strip bar for my buddy Mark's birthday. Gadget is truly a Stripper Magnet. She can be sitting way in the back and they still seek her out, she's so damn hot. Lots of fun there.

Friday- I slept all evening.

Saturday- I went biking with the "ex". It was a lovely day, and we had an awesome time. Our total for the day was 35 miles. That's the most I've ever done in one day. Gotta love the feeling in my legs now... not nearly as bad as I expected. Feels good. Well, he sent me an email afterward...
"I just wanted to say thanks again for taking me out to the Perkiomen Trail today. But even more, I'd like to thank you for remembering and sharing my birthday. It touches me deeply. After all we have been through, I am so glad that I can still call you a friend. I miss you, and I want you to know that I will be there for you if you need me.

Makes me squishy inside. He's another step closer to getting a Goob back in his shadow. I gotta be careful of that.
Later that evening, despite my tired legs, I went to Mark's for a party. It was a great big exciting event, and I might have had a great big exciting time, except I pooped out after only an hour. I took a nap in Mark's bed for a couple hours, and when I woke up I felt much better but the party was scattering. Oops. Still, I got to sleep in Mark's bed with him and get all snuggly and lovey, so I didn't miss out entirely. Happy birthday, Mark! This morning was especially nice. I got my high-protein breakfast.

Sunday- I went to my Granny's house for a barbecue. Nice relaxing family fun. I'm rather full though. Beer and kielbasa. Yum.

The rest of this week I have to get ready for the party Friday night. Are you coming? It's gonna be a good one, I know it...
