Elle has one and loves it. She is able to travel with it cause the customs guys in Africa, where she goes often, have know idea what it is. Apparently it works great on the backside too.
I knew of a guy who was a screamer, it was while I was working at a summer camp during my late teens. I thought he was weight lifting or something until I realized that there were no weights there, then some of us decided to spy. He was doing the camp nurse, she was very precise about it. I have this image and sound in my head as she lays down and says in a heavy German accent I am ready now place it carefully between my labia lips and please not too loud. He was loud anyway. His antics made him a target and eventually he left the camp in embarrassment, the nurse however replaced him, with another counsellor until she realized he was a junior and only 16, everyone knew and she had to leave as well. sigh the good ol days.
