went to see Chuck Palahniuk the other night, he was doing a reading and signing books at a college near mine. He was amazing. I hadnt read his books, but I knew and liked his style and was a big fan of the movie of fight club. I bought a copy of it and he signed it, yay!!
he was really funny. He brought fake bloody limbs and gave them to people who asked querstions during the Q&A part. He read a story from his upcoming book, Guts, which was really good, but really, really gruesome. I loved it.
if you have a stong stomach, you can read it here. it isint as good as hearing him read it, but its still good. I had to give the warning though, people have fainted during his reading of this story.

in other news, I've made procrastination an art. a totally useless art. and my livejournal looks all snazzy now cause my talented friend helped me with the html stuff
