As far as Adelphia goes, you go through Time Warner, but the service is still Adelphia's, which is to say, shit.
At any rate, my stomping ground is in Santa Monica if you are ever in the neighborhood. I also saw that you were planning a Wii campout. I might be in for that, though it's two days after the alpha for my game, so I will likely be near dead, be forewarned.
I hate spiders. They don't get along with me. Possibly because one of my favourite pasttimes is sneaking up behind them (quietly as not to arouse suspicion) then cocking the bbq lighter as I pull up under their abdomen and then........ click click bang. They turn into a toasted spider ball.

A few friends of mine were supposed to build them a few Halloweens ago, but they got lazy.
