It's almost Thanksgiving! I'm working on planning a kick-ass backpacking trip for next weekend. Well, Thursday through Sunday. Probably like 60 miles. So excited! Working on the foods and such. It should be nice weather, too. Needless to say, I can't wait.
The semester is winding to an end! Finals are December 14th through the 17th and then I graduate and I'm free free free! Well, I'm free until January 11th, when I start at USF. It never ends. It will definitely be nice to be around people all working towards the same goals I am, and not the kids I'm in school with now. Sigh. December, hurry up!
I've been busy with schoolwork, but have managed to make time for fun stuff. I made muffins over the weekend, and then some yesterday, too. I made homemade vegan Italian sausages, from scratch. Holy crap delicious. I'm cutting them up and sauteeing them with some kale and pasta for dinner tonight. Yay!
Welp, I'm off to do some cooking and enjoy the weather we've been graciously given by the weather gods- what a relief from the mid-nineties we just escaped finally! <3
