Sippy. It's been awhile. I don't think I've really had a drink in... well, the last month or so.
This weekend is going to be hectic. Bachelorette party tomorrow night.. working tomorrow day and Sunday day.. off on Monday and Tuesday. At least I'm off on my birthday.. I can sleep in that morning.
I finally have an awesome schedule... the job is fucking awesome. I know most ppl wouldn't be psyched about working for a software group but I am.. and I'm the top ranked for August.. I closed the most cases and took the most calls. I've been there for almost 6 months and I'm already beating out ppl who have been there for more than a year - people who have been there for multiple years. I want to move up quickly and move out... I would take a job at the Huntington Beach office.. or the Seattle office... fuck I'd take a job at the office in Florida because they service the sites in the Caribbean. Then again - the So.Cal. office services Hawaii if necessary.
So yeah.. I'm happy about all of that.
Not so excited about Tuesday though... I'm just not looking forward to it this year. My mom asked for a list of the things I'd like and it consisted of 8 books... and a DVD. You can already tell that I'm getting old. I need to get a book on SQL, but I didn't think about it when she asked.
In other news, I've lost 25 pounds since the end of June - that's when I started keeping track. I feel pretty good - I want to tone up now so that I'm not so 'soft'
Summer is almost over - I can't believe that this year has gone by.. January feels like so long ago.
I think I might go to Toronto in November. I really really want to spend a couple days in Chicago and a couple days in Toronto but I'm not sure if I can do it... I've been watching prices on flights and hotels.. I say things like this and never follow through but this is something I really want to do.
There are other things I want to say but my brain is starting to fizzle out..
