I joined the GC group the same time I joined SG, about a month ago. I've gotten many recommendations to view Battle Royale, I know that the book series did well. Also check out Ichi the Killer, Pistol Opera and Dead or Alive: The Trilogy, if you haven't already. Sick shit!
My solo grind project, Nine Sisters should be releasing something this possible Fall or Winter, I'll let you know the haps on it.

There's Godstomper from Bay Area, Ca. as well, two man grind insanity. Two latino guys, one on bass, another on skins, both going nuts on stage, growling, screeching, screaming and scathing. The Ruins from Japan are not grind, but more like an electic fusion with much Mr.Bungle influence, actually, I think they've been around longer than Bungle. Godheadsilo is only two guys as well from the US, not grind either, but awesome metal, punk and interesting shit. Dave Witte (ex-Human Remain, ex-Discordance Axis, and Burnt By the Sun) did a project with Chris Dodge (ex-Spazz) called East West Blast Test, awesome stuff. I'm sure there are others, but those some off the top of my head.

Sure, I'll float you some demo MP3's in sometime, still being tracked in the meanwhile. Drums are taking the longest, about 14 mics to cover the whole set, getting and balancing all the levels, etc. I do have vinyl stickers, just send me an e-mail with your name and mailing address if you would to have some sent to you.
