wow...not much to say at the moment...just wanted to write in my journal.
just ate a lovely shake n bake dinner..ok it wasn't even shake n bake..it was kroger brand "oven bake" heehee... but it was kinda good!
had a job interview today...well...an "interview" with a recruitment firm...it went well and i'm their database now, so if they see anything that fits they will call me
they do have one position open for a graphic design/marketing job..but they want four years experience..buuut the recruiter said i seemed mature and able to handle the job, so she's going to try and talk the lady into letting me interview for the job. sooo we'll see!
if not i'm not sweating it.
whew not sweating it? my meds really do work! woohoo
i really want to move to nyc...i'm thinking of applying for some jobs there...but does anyone know if i were to get an interview somewhere..would they expect me to fly up there on my own..or would they fund it? probably not huh? see that's the thing about looking for jobs in other cities... if you have no money right now, how do you fund the trip? hehe oh well...we'll see! i don't know..i just feel my life really needs a change. a new atmosphere...new people. i love atlanta and my friends and life...but i just feel there is so much out there!
but anyway..i'm just taking it one day at a time.

well i don't know of any job openings. things are tight these days. but i did work with a freelance agency a couple years ago that had some good assignments for me. i will certainly keep an eye out, and if my friend at that old freelance place is still working there, i'll ask her about it also.
