Today could not have started any worse really... Typical politics that come with working for a poxy charity. Bloody committee's and such. It got much better though.
So yeah, exercise. My official weight at the start of this workout thing is 16 stone and 2 lbs. Keeping in mind that I am 6 foot 5 and quite wide, I'm officially overweight.. Yeah, tell me something I don't know xD
But anyway, I hear 2 lbs a week is a good amount to lose, so that is my aim. I'm eating porridge for breakfast, and roll with something protein-y in it, (and salad), and for dinner, well, whatever is going. Always good homecooked stuff though.
As far as exercise goes, I ran to the bus stop (QQ, I'm so big and heavy, running is not comfortable xD), 10 pressups, 10 situps, 15 minutes of near enough non-stop skipping, which really got my heart going.
Hell, I know that doesn't seem like fuck all, but I'm in no way conditioned for exercise xD It's a start, ya know?
