Melatonin rocks.

I'm struggling to crawl out of the sweet coma it induced last night. I had no idea sleep could be found so easily or legally. I must remember to take it early in the evening, otherwise I'm not sure I'll get up with the alarm tomorrow morning. Damn. I just want to crawl back into bed and call it a day. Maybe I should only take half...

My sister suggested Kava kava as well. She said it always worked for her in college when her nerves were completely jangled. I want to give it a go... see if it's a little easier to shake the "sleepies" the next morning.

Either way, I'm sleeping again... finally...
