Here is a quickie. I am not even running it through a spell check so bear with me. V, my sqauts are looking fabulous. As soon as I locked in my form I was so much stronger in that area.

I weighed in today at a whopping 102lbs, if that stands I am only 5 more lbs to my goal. I took a week off lifting to let my body recover from kickboxing. That way I can wean it back in and not overwork myself.

I have been spending all my free time at rock shows. A few Fridays ago it was kicking it with CJ from Drowning Pools at Ecks. Go vodka redbulls! And um sorry bout eating all your mixed nuts... Last Friday it was some smaller bands Depth Chargge and Such as I am. They both rocked hard, and will definalty make it out to their shows in the future. Sunday night was Hed Pe and Kottonmouth Kings. That show was a blast. I got my drink on a little bit...and very much regreted it the next day. Monday became me time I just vegged out all nidht to the tv. And Wednesday I will be out at the Disturbed show. WOOT!!!
