Ill second that^^. I've used both AVG and Ewido. I ended up liking Ewido a little better but both work well.

3 lbs is nothing, a few years ago I lost about 20 lbs in a week I was literally on my death bed and the sad thing was when I finally went back to the gym everybody told me I looked better.
