We soley shop at Whole Foods and Wild Oats now, even though the bill comes to $200-$300 a trip to cover the food, suppliments, and protein shakes.
But I'm feeling 100 times better than I was eating out all the time, ordering in, and all kinds of lazy stuffs.
That's awesome to see you so dedicated. I used to be like that, when I was younger. Then I moved to Colorado, where there is less air. Less air = less energy....MUCH harder to get motivated. I'm workin' on it, though.
