Pregnant? Congrats!! That's number 2 isn't it? London can be a lonely place. Most of my friends live here but still, you have to make loads of effort to keep a social life together, and actually see and interact with people. If I don't make an effort I can go for weeks without seeing anyone but my best mate who lives downstairs from me.
