R.I.P Ralphy c.1996-2007
Last night my parent's cat Ralphy passed away. He died at 10 p.m. at our vet's office. He had stopped drinking and eating and was just moping around the house.
Ralphy was a special cat. Him and his brother Buzz were actually born in Singapore and my brother brought him back with him when the Navy transferred him to Corpus Cristi. My parents eventually adopted them from my brother and have lived with my parents for many years. He loved my dad most of all and would sit on his lap like a little kid. He was a sweet cat to everyone he met, even my dog Belle. I know some people may think it silly to get choked up over a little cat, but I think that he really loved us and I know he loved him. Just a few days before he died, his brother Buzz jumped up on the chair with Ralphy and groomed him. He never did this, it was always Ralphy grooming him. I think he was saying goodbye. Goodbye Ralphy we will miss you so much.
