about the fish tacos here: i'm not sure what kind of fish they use, but it's all about the sauce. pollo rey uses an orange "chipolte"(?) sauce. it reminds me of a mexican version of thousand island dressing. if you ever stumble across fish tacos, you should try them and love them as i do!
