I almost flew back to Iowa City (where I made that passing attempt at being smart) just to see his show there. But I had just gotten back from Mexico, and I think someone would have killed me for disappearing again so soon. Just maybe.

The kitchen is a fine place to put one of those turtles. At my old apartment we didn't have a dining room table so we put a kiddie pool in the dining room instead. It was awesome until we decided to take it down... that was a little tricky!

Plixa is just a nonsense word like Yahoo, Flickr or Google. We chose it because it was one of the few short domain names left.
It's kind of interesting actually. Sometime last year, a bunch of assholes registered every four letter domain with a vowel in it, so you can't buy four letter dot coms anymore. We got one of the few five letter domains left.
Lankakitten and I have been pronouncing it, "plickza."
