Once again I've been awakened. Sleep never lasts and when it does it's restless. My eyes are heavy but do not close. Medicine knock me out.
I can't say that I have much to update. I just felt like it was time. Nothing really exciting has happened. I've just been doing the usual. And that means working. Well I have recorded a few drum beats lately. That means I have accomplished something more than just drinking. Is that an accomplishment? It is if you're a pirate.
"It's a pirate's life for me"
It seems everyone agrees that the Devil will win. They were fighting for my soul you see. There is a third option though. One that was not seen. And that is I will win. Because if the Devil or God wins then I still lose since my soul would not be mine. It would belong to them. I will not be a pawn. This is not chess. And I say "Fuck them both!" I'll be my own king. I'll be my own god. I will be mine.
