I guess it's a matter of degrees. From a certain point of view, a one night thing is better than nothing. However, a regular thing is obviously better than a one night thing, as you say mainly because you get to know them and trust them a bit better. But then again a fully blown romance and relationship is better (when it works) than just a regular FB. *shrugs* I guess as long as both parties are being honest about where they're at there's certainly no harm done...

i think both have its advantages and disadvantages
personaly i dont go for one night stands though i prefer the sentimental part
and im very sentimental unfortunatly its one of my weak points
