Sorry work life is boring.

Glad you`re happy otherwise.

Keep well
mat8drb:
There are no good sites we can get through out firewall other than the BBC at work, hence no work interweb addiction. More to stop stuff going out than coming in.

I've even started using the damned saved searches thing on eBay, but I'm at about one item a week, which is healthy for trying to get a better wardrobe I think.

Bloody flu is everywhere. You're just ducking and avoiding people everywhere. Grrr.

The cookies sound awesome!
poptard:
i have errrrr

a coat thats shit, and err proberly some korn CD's, good stuff

oh ands its 25%

(you can comence loveing/perstering me from monday)
yeoman:
That must suck so bad, having the internet at your disposal the whole time an not be allowed to look at what you want cos of a bully boss! sadly no internet access on most building sites! wink
forkandles:
That's hard - having a something only a few key clicks away & not being allowed to use it even when you have little else to do frown

Ebay certainly can be addictive - I was hooked on the site in a small way a few months ago - bidding for stuff i didn't know I needed & winning them - like 3 rear lights & two paniers(!) for my bike, that is off the road needing a service & two new tyres before it is fit to use again.
Get the tyres off ebay? Um .... blush
I also won loads of cds. I now realise that Cds & DVDs are often available cheaper in the 'used' section on Amazon without having to bid for them. shocked
dotty:
Yes! Hangouts are needed!

Your boss sounds like a meanie. If I were your boss, I'd let you play on the internet all day long. biggrin

And I was very impressed with your boy's book by the way! I really liked it.

And oh oh I keep forgetting what I was going to type next. Oh yes, wintery trainers. I never did get the hang of that. I just end up stuck in my converse, with very wet and cold feet because I never find any ones I like. I must invest in something more sensible this year!

And do let us know when you'll be over this shitty part of town, you can come round and I'll make some yummy cakes and stuff!

kiss xx
betrayal:
Ebay is the source of all evil. I sell lots of stuff, make lots of money, spend it all on ebay again....its an evil vicious cycle of death doom and detruction...but it is fun love
avenel:
I'm good thank you! finally shaken off a bout of the flu and now feeling the need to be out and about!
Your work sounds very much like mine at times, little work but nothing that you are actually allowed to do when oyu have nothing porductive to do. ridiculous! luckyily my boss is hardly ever here and she doesn't mind that much as long as the work that needs to be done is done. It's the people higher up that are ridiculous abut things.
I should stop being lazy becuase the money i could get from selling ym things on ebay would help me with getting further on finishing my backpiece.
The things you have to seel sound pretty cool!

yeoman:
biggrin ha ha! An there was me thinking you had a nasty old witch as a boss an feeling sorry for you! now I'm thinking of how your boss has been trying to build up the courage to say anything to you!! biggrin

galadriel:
yay for your happiness lovely lady smile i love it when people are happy kiss
poppystrike:
I've been ultra-retarded with the internet of late. It's a combination of overtime, crap connection (now rectified) and just being a lazy bum-hole.

Will you be out for the birthday bash on the 12th? Please say you will be!?

kiss.

Urbandead is a good laugh. My zombie has been happily nibbling on anything that moves and a few things that didn't. Got headshotted for the first time the other day, most upsetting as I was near leveling frown
maelwys:
My human alt reached Lv 10 this morning so I picked headshot, have yet to use it though smile Nosher was headshot by Cpl Hicks at the siege of Hildebrand Mall in Roftwood. Some other zombie ate him before I could exact revenge though. Nosher usually hangs around the suburbs surrounding Ridleybank scavaging after the RRF. If your human is around that way you may well have shot my zombie at some point smile
maelwys:
My millitary bloke is in Brooke Hills next to Eastonwood, a fair amount of shamblers around there too. I seem unlucky on the ammo searching side, it takes me a days AP to scrounge enough up and then about 20 seconds to use it all up! I should have picked up hand combat skills really.

Early levels for zombies are sucky, lurching gait and anklegrab make things a lot easier as does deathgrip for attacks. The RRF are currently rampagin through Barville and Havercroft at the mo, if you can get your zombie that way you should be able to pick up some xp. The RRF tend to bite humans to low HP and leave them for the low levels to finish off. Very handy smile

Frames should be fine. Very cool btw biggrin

You might want to ask them what material they're made of so you can let your opticians know what they're dealing with before they try to glaze them... Some black retro frames are made of a material called propionate which shrinks when you try to heat it!

Anglo American frames are normally really easy to get hold of, so you should be able to get your optician to order a pair for you to try. Just tell them you don't like them and order online if there's a big price difference.

You may even be able to order the uncut lenses online then take them into an opticians and pay a small fee (about 10) for them to do the glazing. You'll still lose your warranty but it means you can try the frame first and it's cheaper than buying lenses at most opticians.
tobie:
Those should be great , but if you're unsure check their returns policy..i mean you cant tell till you try them on that they're going to be comfortable, so they must have some way to get your money back if you return them in perfect condition.
when I get in to work tommorrow i'll see if i can find who makes them now..i couldnt find the manufacturer on the net, and i had thought that they had sold the brand quite a few years back to luxottica, but they don't list them as being one of their's now.
they used to be acetate , so no problems with glazing, and the shape should be gorgeous on you, so so long as they feel good i'd go with it.
biggrin
underachiever:
I've been dragged into a game of tag.....so TAG you are it, you have to tell us 20 things about you and tag 5 other people! biggrin biggrin

Sorry I know these things are annoying but it gives us all something to do! tongue
