Granted, one should be able to bring about an enterprising idea, and one should reap the benefits of bringing that idea to life. Such is the case of Sam Walton. His innovations brought Wal-Mart to its current status.
Corporate culture at Wal-Mart is different though. Cutting costs by any means, even if it is a detriment to employees and suppliers, and even if it skirts federal laws. This, I have a problem with.
However, I still shop there. Despite it all, they have cheap goods, and sometimes I can only afford to shop there for such things as furniture and pharmaceutical products.
It is a double edged sword indeed.

I also checked out Lambert Knives. The Seppuku and the Tac Tanto are beautiful. I should check them out if I go back to SK.
