Oh I see. Man, if I had a dime forhow many times that happened to me.....Nice thing is it's easy to get over. Or maybe you should *shudder* befreind this girl and they will break up at some point. I could never do it, but maybe you can. That sucks, but I've come to expect it because none of the girls I've been interested in the last year have been single.
It happened to me about 3 weeks ago..or was it 4? any way..I am a cautious man.. before my approach I had laid out my plans in meticulous layers..full of fail safe measures if I hit any snags..I worked up my courage and confidence to a super human level. I was sure i'd come out triumphant. lo and behold..nay. I lose.
It is a rare occurrence where I find an almost electrical spark in someone else like that. it almost never happens. The magnetism was too great to resist. such a lovely creature. and i'm not even that fond of most humans! So i dropped my lines.

Yeah, my personal way is to burn bridges if the girl is slanderous or something, but if they have a boyfriend I still talk to them, but my roommate warns me to never befriend a girl who has a boyfriend because you'll be like him and have to hear about all the things wrong with the relationship when you really don't care. Heh.
Yeah there was a girl in my class I liked and I asked for lunch last month and she said she had a boyfriend. If they are really interested in you then that wouldn't be the first thing out of their mouth. I interpret it as I'm taken, so tough shit. But that's just me
