I've seen tons of people working in Starbucks with piercings. So I'm gonna say yeah - but if Starbucks runs on franchise rules, then it may be up to the individual store, I dunno if Starbucks are franchises or not. Just be friendly and nice and hopefully they won't care.

I'm sorry I haven't gotten back to you.. I just saw your note. Most Starbucks have different policies about peircings depending on how cool the manager is. The strict ones make you take out all facial peircings, unless you're willing to wear retainers, or clear jewelry. When it comes to ears they usually allow up to 2 peircings in each ear, unless it's a cool manager, I had to take out 2 peircings as I had 9 and we compromised it down to 7. I'm still kinda sad about it, but I deal.
Oh, and they dont care about tattoos unless theyre offensive.
my boyfriend worked at starbucks in state college.. you can definately have facial piercings/beards, whatever, although you probably aren't trying to grow a beard. hope you get the job
