Never saw American Pie 3. Or 2 for that matter. Know what you should see though? La Dolce Vita. That's a quality film. (Not very action oriented though)

Don't worry about the licensing laws, just look at Europe. If you remove the deadline, binge drinking should, over time anyway, be far rarer and people should sit back and be able to pace themselves over a longer period.
