Hi, T. Don't know if you saw my thread in the Lounge a while back, but I am actively looking for funds to make "Potterklunk". I had hoped I would be able to front it all myself, but to do it right will cost more than I can come up with personally. There ARE some promising developments in that area, though, so I wanted to give you a quick update:
First, I am shooting a cheap short here in the next 6 weeks or so (hopefully - it's also dependent on my actor availability) and if that comes off as well as I want it to, outside financing for "Potterklunk" will be easier to attain sooner rather than later. But one of my producing partners is also working on a deal that will shake loose a few bucks from the money tree, and when that pays off (a little further down the road - maybe late Fall or early Winter, which would be ideal visually for your script) we can make it happen on our own.
How's life treating you otherwise? Been staying busy? I have been working like a madman recently: I'm off to Hawaii this week, then back for a short, then I get my old crap out of storage on the South and move it across country to my new place here.
