Ok didn't make it to the movie theater to see Matrix Reloaded (again) but did stop by Blockbuster and purchased Animatrix and am looking forward to watching it. Now hopefully I can stay up late enough to watch it and Star Trek Nemesis.
That is nice you got to hang out with your dad today. It is difficult for me to hang out with my dad alone. We always have to hang out with him, his wife and my half-sister. We didn't hang out today because he hung out with them so I'm going to take him out to dinner on Thursday to Ruth Cris Steakhouse....just me and him for a late Father's Day. I think I only hang out with him alone maybe once a year so it is definitely weird and we don't have much to talk about either. We never hung out really during the entire time I was growing up really because he was an alcoholic and was too busy being drunk and I was too busy trying to stay away from the house. Anyway, he's been sober for years and years now which is cool and we have developed a nice type of relationship but it's kind of weird. It's not bad but it's just different since I got to know him as an adult and not throughout my childhood growing up. Anyway, it will be nice to see him on Thursday.
