I've just been winding down on the business front, getting out of the low bidder rat race and only working on my own projects now. I will only be building more rental properties for myself after my current contracts and projects are finished ... no more problems and stress

Our daughter was at circus camp ... today was the child circus where they perform for the parents and public ... it got rained out and cancelled. They are hoping to have it tomorrow, but it doesn't look like the weather is cooperating
Oh yeah, I do have 2 completely new apartment communities under construction here in the USA, 2 apartment communities under construction in brazil, and I'm renovating some of my older apartment communities. So I'm managing to keep busy while shifting my businesses to personal projects only.
