all of my paperwork for army OCS should be in the hands of my recruiter by tuesday barring any unforeseen problems. all except my buddy's recommendation which is in the mail. i believe i said it was in the mail almost a week ago but apparently he put it into his ship's outgoing mail which was never taken off the ship before their last weeks deployment. so now that they've just arrived back my recommendation is officially in the mail (and on dry land - oops). i will hopefully know when i am going to MEPS and my interviews within the next week. its all very exciting.
my quest for lost lbs is ongoing with a new low of 271, yay for me. for those of you not apprised to my weight it has been steadily going down for the last few weeks. i shall definitely be at 260 if not less by the time i go to basic. my official goal is 255 which is the svelte weight that i graduated high school at. as far as basic training, i'm trying to work my way up now to doing more exercise than they do on an average day. that way, while i may still be slow, i'll never stop. cause stopping is bad.
