holy shit. so so good today. woke up around 730am to take a piss and saw about 10" sitting on the roof of the building next to mine. needless to say there was no going back to sleep. got my shit together and headed out to the Beav. 4" reported at 5am, i'd say there was closer to 10-12 on the mountain. didn't get first chair but did get lots and lots of fresh tracks today.
thanks to the rest of eagle county for going to Vail today, which i'm sure was even deeper, but i was basically unstrapping as the chair was coming around to pick me up. hot laps indeed.
