your EFT suggestion was an interesting one...i saw a chart that talked about tapping your sore spot..its like on your clavical..but it's weird cuz when i'd get anxiety attacks when i was younger i had the habit of tapping my collar bone...i stopped doing it for whatever reason but apparently it's a better idea not to!
