Being back among the patchwork farm fields of my roots always feels good


I feel the same way (my family are all farmers from northern Illinois).

I'm not a part of the family as much as I want to or should be. There's a language I don't speak; my sister and mom are so seperate from me.


And I have the same exact feelings as well.
We all "love" each other, but I'm "different", which is fine, but I feel like I don't really have close family.
