its been a while but I think its time, life is about to change for this one, I just finished working at the 2nd best restaurant in the world, which meant taking my shit and moving it across the pond to london, it was fucking amazing, just seeing what a small kitchen can produce when everyone works together, no egos no bullshit.
now the life changing part i have decided to go on a little trip, i plan to travel around europe working where i can just taking it all in, cant wait to see where it all leads. first stop is milan, then who knows??
one more thing, how is it that someone you just met, barely knew for more than a week, can have such a profound effect on you, who knows what might of been, hopefully our paths will cross again.
