Hearty skillet with all the trimmings. Mushrooms, zucchini, sausage, fried seasoned potatoes, spinach, 4 fried eggs over easy, sourdough toast and a tall glass of orange juice.
Breakfast is not my favorite meal, but i force myself to eat it everyday. Lately it has been a bowl of oatmeal with milk and a glass of orange juice + a handful of different vitamin capsules. :p On the 3 or 4 days a week i plan to do some weight lifting i add a protein shake to the mix. :)
I'm with you. I generally make an omellete with geen pepper, onions, mushrooms, bacon (or bits) and whichever cheese I have handy. I don't always eat it for breakfast either :p
