This does sound like a depression. I think there is only one cure for it, you have to talk about it. I am willing to listen if you are willing to share.
My room was really messy today too. I went through all my stuff and threw about 1/2 of it out. Now I feel pretty good. Everything seems organized and open, and I don't feel so caged in anymore.
