Well, my apartment is no longer my apartment. Now it's time to get my shit together and sue the hell out of my former landlord. But first....let's see if he tries to screw with my $500 deposit, which I can almost guarantee you that he will. If he does, then I'll just add that to the damages I'm already asking for.

My other neighbor smokes down 5 times a day. This wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't that he has to blast music at a noise level that shakes the structure. This is augmented by at least one of the times he smokes down will be after midnight. Not that I sleep, but I have better things to do in my not sleep time then keep my teeth in my head. (PS The landlord really is a slumlord and wont do anything about it and the police wont honor noise complaints because they dont want to be in this area without blood on the ground). Your turn......

I think it's funny that east coasters (and maybe other places?) say smoke down, while west coasters say smoke out. Where the hell does that all come from? Anyway, I'm from Paradise Hills, kinda near Chula Vista. I got my weed taken away from the cops too. I got put up against the cop car with my hands behind my back and everything. Fun times.
