I had a lotta friends down in wilmington who did east coast surf, but the waves on east coast suck compared to cali.

sounds like you are more of an east coast surfer at heart. they get 4 foot+ waves and ppl are shitting themselves w/ excitement. but the beaches are nicer in calli.
