Two bedrooms at only $342.00 is extremely rare. If they are nice looking rooms and you have a good vibe about the place and the owner, then it sounds to me like this would be a very good choice. That one will go fast I think, so don't wait too long if that that is the apartment you've got your heart set on.

Sounds like a good deal; I found a lot of things in that price range in Columbus when I was looking, and it was a steal. I say go for it -- you really won't find better, and you'd be surprised how the prices in most places are doubled or tripled. If you like it, grab it. Really. :]
