Dude: I'll tell you this much: (is two colons in a row a bad thing?) If I had the cash I'd bankroll your SG acount, so much do I value your journal entries. I do understand the bad money handling issues though, so good luck with the paycheck and I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

As for the jewish issues... the food is an important bit. Funny thing is that I grew up in Ann Arbor here, and at least half my friends were good Ann Arbor Ashkenaz jews: secular, socialist even, with great latkes and borscht. Then I dated a turkish girl for a long time. Her friends were sephardic jews come over from Spain after the fall of Grenada. TOTALLY differnt, yet equally delicious jewish cuisine. Kind of like tapas, but with more olive oil. And add to that the fact that every jew I've ever known got more ass in high school. (I'm catholic, so you can imagine how tough it was to hook up through sunday school connections). So yeah, I want to be jewish.

But actually I'm an atheist, so I only want to be culturally jewish. Is that OK?

I heard Dan Brown has bedbugs. And scabies.
jtemperance:
Yknow, I saw James Brown and Gerald Ford as balancing out the cosmic funkitude. Sort of like Ray Charles and Ronald Reagan.
And if that doesn't shine a light on going gray for a while, I don't know what will.
Be good; see you soon.
(and I hope it's true that Dan Brown has bedbugs!)
