I can actually say I somewhat know how you feel. I lost my Uncle, my father's only brother, this February to cancer as well. And 3 days later was my brother's birthday. Unfortunately it's torn my family apart, his family isn't speaking to us for self absorbed reasons. Anyways, the letter you wrote really touched me and had me in tears. I know I don't really know you, but reading that letter really had me connected and in tune with your feelings. I'm really sorry for your loss and hope you and your family will get through this as easily as you possibly can. <3

You looked phenominal so that made me happy. I've been pulling for you after the rough couple months you've had and it was good to see you in upbeat spirits. I was concerned you'd get stuck in a rut, but once you have a great day to remind you the world is mostly a happy place to be in that tends to get you over the hump and get you back to living your life again. Its certainly ominous having your birthday so close to your uncles death, if you use your birthday like I normally do to reflect on what Iv'e accomplished in the past year (which usually isnt much), but what your birthday is supposed to be is a celebration for 1 about the begining of life.... so in that sense it should be a great balance.... of course by the time I've written this your post is a week old and your birthday a few days past that expired so uhhh.... yeah just a little too late to do much good, but happy expired birthday anyways
