I checked out a basement room in a kick ass house today. The owner is totally cool, and the second roommate I will meet soon. The owner says we would likely get along. Yippee!

And it is on Clinton st. Thats a cool street. yep. uh huh. you betcha'.

Plus, the basement room is painted my favorite color. green. lightish. love it. lovage. sure to love it. ruca too. hope there are no other applicants as cool as me. not that i am cool. well, actually i am quite nerdy. but it seemed like the owner is too. blabbering.
