Spent Sunday at the local drag strip's Mopar Nationals. Worked at our equipment stand at the swap meet, then when eliminations started after noon, we closed shop and enjoyed the races. In our racing group, among them, two young guys in Dodge pickups were the only ones who got to the semi-finals before getting bumped by some "more experienced" drivers. None-the-less, it was amazing. Their reaction times were uncanny for a 16 year old and a 19 year old. It normally takes years of practice to get pin point reaction times they were getting. They had a ton of fun, you could tell, every time they passed by our waves and cheers from our location along the return road. Their faces lit up like the christmas tree at the starting line. They were stoked

It was hot and sunny and despite using 45 sun block, caught a bit of a burn right along my T shirt neckline, so now it is very sensitive. A fun day.
