Well, let's see...What's new? I spent an hour taking out trash in the last two days, and listened to the roomies grouse about each other, and try to act like they have nothing to do with the state of the place. S.O.S%*t.

Started working w/ Books for Africa, a non-profit that ships donated Books to Africa.. and to prisons in the US.. It was pretty cool.

I'm noticing that people who have spent time cornered have a tendency to hoard...

They also don't let prisoners read much stuff. Nothing but technical books & manuals, nothing w/ any substance, or uplifting. Nothing w/ sex, violence, drama, religion, art, basically just stuff that will "Rehabilitate" prisoners. A book about the Founding Fathers was considered "Inappropriate"!!!... Geez! (Or should I say, Jebuzz!)

The strange part is, according to recent stats, 70% of all prisoners are illiterate, or have a severely limiting reading disability!

And way too many college students barely crack their books.

But I did find a copy of Mary Daly's Gyn/ecology!....

Wazzup w/ all my ol' SG pals? They seem to have all disappeared!
