i have a lot of fucking anger about people using drugs and alcohol right now.

i am not sure what to do with it.

and i am also experiencing strong problems with encountering negative people.
i am especially bothered with seemingly "subtle" negative energies like backhanded
compliments sarcasm, and put downs.

this is a lack of mindfulness that is so pervasive in this culture.

its fucking bullshit.
