The exact size it is. I've made many banners before. Animated .gifs are tricky because they're so big (in kb). I removed some frames, optimized the pictures to "just above crappy" and everything, but I couldn't get it under 40kb. I got it as low as 42.3 kb before it started looking like crap. I spent four hours on it.
