i gave up on tv after seinfeld left. to much hassle i'd rather spend my time watching movies...that is big budget quality enterainment.

also to comment on cox. i applied for a job as a tech. it was a three part interview. the first two parts being tests. 1 was a applitude the other personality. some how i bombed the personality test the only one out of 15 others. i guess i'm not cox caliber. so i started my own business.
We dont get MTV in Canada. We get Much Music, and it blows. I dont really like music videos anyway. The hosts are always lame. And as for modern fashion, it sucks, but im sure you someone who makes clothes. I make designs and get my friends to make it for me. It always fits great, and is just how you want it. Life in Montreal is fun i suppose, the Jazz festival starts soon and its always so cool. They block off huge parts of the city and have stages everywhere with free shows in the day and evening, with all kinds of music from new jazz to hip hop to
funk, even DJs. Tony Bennet is playing this year, fucking hilarious! Elvis Costello played last year. Where are you in America, Virginia? Ive always wondered about the south, ive never had the pleasure of visiting. Whats it like?
i have a new hair style... i stopped putting chemical shit in my hair and crap and ive been washing it with this awesome organic shampoo and conditioner from bath and body works that keeps my curls tamed and nice looking... ill post some pix later... its really nice. i went back to black as my hair color cuz the damn red kept fading and i didnt have the patience to keep dying it back to red and then scrubbing the orange color out the bottom of the tub when i showered and washed my hair... damn poop on a stick...
oh well... i like black better anyways... well time for my half hour nap.... then to make dinner and look like i was busy... lol...
i'm totally down with the wardrobe duplication phenomena. if i find something i truely love i will buy it whatever colors seem suitable and if it only comes in one color i will buy several. not because i plan to wear it all the time but because i want to be able to wear it for years to come. i don't buy things based upon whatever the current style, i have no style, i'm timeless.
Hey, what's up. I've been in Prague for the past two weeks studying film with a group from my school. I'm still here for about another two weeks, and the only internet access I have here is through an internet cafe across the street from our dorm building. Thus, I haven't been on as much lately. I leave tomorrow for this film festival that we're spending the weekend at, it's about an hour outside of Prague, and I don't know if I'll have internet access up there. Yeah, shouldn't even bother going into Hot Topic for the good shit anyway. That's all a bunch of packaged up corporate crap. Do yourself a favor and hit up yer local thrift stores, skate shops and yard sales...tons of cool shit to be had.
Rockin Ricky owns a store in Norfolk called Panic. They're closing soon, but from I've heard they are Hot Topic without the hip gangster wanna-be shit. And Rick is cool as fuck, so you should definitely check that out.

I'm with you on the MTV/Hot Topic phenomenon...I applied to work at Hot Topic because I really needed a job that would hire me with my piercings, but I ended up getting a job at a body piercing place at the beach and I was soooo relieved...I probably would have ended up snapping on some punkass 13 year old...
I hate MTV. I really dont know whu it is called Music TV because they never fucking play music anymore. Its all those gay ass shows . Its annoying, i miss the old MTV.
I feel ya on the hot topic thing, i can barely enter that store without laughing myself to death. I dunno, i find it kinda cute, the little 13 year olds. Hey, i am sure people made fun of me when i was little. Me and my bright ass spandex and my cool tee-shirt that tied on the side, and a scrunchie. HeHe, ohh how i wish i was 6 again.
