loganlee:
Thanks! I really appreciate that!!
loganlee:
BTW...when are you making your move to NC? Oh...and they are in Detroit for House Hunters...lol..yeah...I like that show..
loganlee:
Ok...right on! Ready??
loganlee:
I feel you on that...I'm getting there. Still things to do...but yeah...if I'm not right now, I will be.
semiretiredpunk:
I saw it, and it was awesome.

It has spaceships in it. tongue

shelterfromcold:
The movie was awesome. Only disappointment is that Simon Pegg came in too late into the movie. And him and Urban read two of my favorite lines. They even had the red shirt death biggrin
fisherman404:
Thank you for that very professional review!! smile
fisherman404:
Why of course, it's much better than the review in our local rag! wink
casca:
Thanks for the comment on my set smile
I really want to see that film, sound like it is great.
syh:
I'm edging toward that decision, but I have too many ties to this state (one of which is brick) right now to move away.
tweedle:
thank you dear smile

well my stance on being vegan, as it was when I WAS vegan... is that whatever I *don't know* I don't get bent out of shape about. If I eat something that was processed along with other animal products, unknowingly, I'm alright.

If I know though, I'll avoid it.

I want to see that Star Trek movie, even though I never liked Star Trek..it looks really great. But I'm going to wait til it comes out on DVD... man, movies have been coming out so soon after being in the theatre, it's been almost pointless to spend the 10 dollars unless you REALLY want to see it.
tweedle:
yeah man... the boyfriend and I always frequented the movies until we realized how damn expensive it is now days. fuuuck.
wsoxfan:
I had no intention of seeing Star Trek untl I read your review. I used to watch the original on TV mostly to marvel at William Shatner's attempt at acting.

I can see it on Thursday's for $4.50.
shelterfromcold:
It definitely was. I can't wait for the sequel biggrin
3of5:
it's been a long time since I've seen a star trek movie but it sounds like this is one I shouldn't miss.
fisherman404:
We would be pleased to have a person with your skills down here smile
kikibabe:
I love her, too. She's pretty, like you. kiss
nacho1:
thanks!! i miss her so much still.
bitten:
no I meant the last one I shot. I'll shoot again in due time. I hated the star trek movie. I know people will hate me for that now. oh well. to each his own
wsoxfan:
Your recommendation goes a long way toward getting me to see the movie. I'm currently between lady friends. It's hard for me to go to a movie alone on either Friday or Saturday nights. I may catch it Sunday.
altaria:
yes star trek rules! biggrin and thankyou smile x
kikibabe:
TGIF! Any plans for the weekend?
kikibabe:
I have my burlesque class, then later in the day I'm doing my first tour of duty as a volunteer for the Chicago Outfit, one of our two roller derby teams. I'm excited! Maybe it will help me work up the cojones to join the team. Of course, I'd need to learn to skate a hell of a lot better. Then my neighbor is having a birthday celebration at a local bar.

I guess I'm a social butterfly this weekend! smile
artificialjoy:
I'll admit I had no interest at all in seeing this movie. I haven't been a fan of anything Star Trek in decades. But I swear just about everyone I know who's seen it has loved it. Not just enjoyed it or liked it but LOVED it. Hell even Wesley Crusher himself Wil Wheaton is raving about it. So now I'm sold, I'll have to go see it soon, maybe this weekend. Hey I just remembered I still have a free movie coupon smile

I also had no interest in seeing Wolverine and it would appear I made the right call on that one. Here's hoping they make a true Deadpool movie with Ryan Reynolds but I'm not holding out hope.
morgan:
It really is the best picture to come out of a horrible thread!
