My main box is a MacBook, so it's simpler to just plug in the one bonus monitor, making the main screen of the laptop a secondary screen. So I do have a second monitor - it mostly just gets used as the chat & iTunes screen. Stepping down to a 13" screen for holding 3 code windows, an iPhone simulator, and a web browser for reading documentation is just brutal.
Really the way to go if you can do it is a 30"+ screen and a smaller screen or two on the side. The big screen fits all you need horizontally, but the height is the biggest benefit. The extra screens hold the other programs that you keep referencing while you work

Ya well put, it does feel like that. I was only introduced to I&W about 5 or 6 months ago, but within the first 3 songs I heard, I was hooked.
You gotta keep an eye out for Girl with a coin then!! and Im taking a bit of imagery from passing afternoon ^_^.
