I found out a month ago that I am now type 2 diabetic. So since I already had plans of getting into the gym to loose weight thatkept getting derailed by one thing or another I decided that I am not going to let anything get in the way of it now. So after a couple weeks I found a workout that seems to be working for me. Haven't weighed myself yet, but have been told it looks like I have lost a few pounds. Friday morning I have an appointment to get my blood pressure taken since it was also running high at the appointment I found out about the diabetes. So gonna have them weigh me so I can see if I am making any good progress. The hardest part about it is the change in diet though. Cutting out sugary drinks in exchange for water gets kinda boring, but it was what needed to happen.

Good little update. Went to the doctor for a blood pressure check since he didn't like it last visit. Was 127/73 today and he was happy with that. I also got weighed since I was curious on progress for my weight loss having been going to the gym on a regular basis in the last month and also changing my eating habbits. Down 10 pounds in a month. Feels good to see progress!
