im far from an expert but:

pacbell dsl = cheap but lower reliabliity
at&t = what i have ... good reliabliity but more $$$

i guess thats what the price tradeoff owuld be.

i have pacbell. i dont have problems with them. but i live up north a bit. and im pretty smart when it comes to computers. i heard there tech support is horrible and their installation people are just as bad. but since i do all the techsupport myself and install myself. its ok.
